ABUSE OF CONSUMPTION OF DRUGS NA UNIVERSITY STAGE.
Considering that the young population is main of age and, therefore, can consume lawful drugs, a project of prevention against the abuse would be unsuitable because of his access to his consumption. Thus, this project of metacognición is born for concientizar and warn the abuse of the consumption, so much of lawful substances like illicit, with the end to do them conscious of his consumption, of the consequences of all the related with the drugs, and like this avert that they arrive to an addiction where was even more difficult to take part. Besides, it pretends educate on the distinct realities to which confront the consumers and teach methodologies of evasion to use.
The aims of the subprogram are:
- Prevention of the abuse of drugs in the university stage
- Concientizar On the risks related with the abuse of drugs
- Expand the knowledge on the drugs and his abusive use.
- Reinforce contents on the addiction to the drugs and his consequences
- It know the different realities of the consumption
- Reflexionar On the consumption normalised
- Didactic tools to avert the consumption
OUR ACTIVITIES IN THIS SUBPROGRAMA OF FORON:
1. Informative talk on the drug addiction and his risks.
The activity consists in a talk where the professionals initially offer information on the project that is making with the students and deliver a series of leaves and pens to take aim. Afterwards, they begin to explain the different concepts that accosts the thematic of the project (what are the drugs, the addictions, the different types of addictions that exist, the consequences that brings achieve the consumption, etc.). Afterwards of this main presentation, the invited, like person rehabilitated, relates his experience with the addictions and how was his process of rehabilitation. Finally, it offers a time to debate or pose questions of interest on the subject.
2. It plays interactive games
This activity composes of a battery of two dynamics. The first, called “true or dud”, divides in the following steps: First the participants plant in an alone row, to his left find a poster with the true word, and to his right find another with the dud word. To continuation formulate questions and/or affirmations whose responses will be true or dud and that are related with the anterior talk and his knowledges on the drugs and the drug addiction. Finally, the participants situate to the right or to the left, according to the response that consider correct. The second dynamics, “the word forbidden”, carry from a division of the assistants to the session in several groups where, inside each one of them, chooses a spokesman. To continuation, to each spokesman hands him a card that contains, in a side, the word that has to define his group and, in the another side, a series of words that can not use to define the word. Each correct response of a group will award him a point and, if it fails, will spend to the following group/Thematic.
3. Game of role
The activity begins with a brief explanation of the same. Later, the group participant divides in small groups according to the number of assistants (preferably 4-5 people). To continuation, will assign randomly to each group dread on drugs, addictions, consequences of the drug addiction… and will give them a time limit (15 minutes) to prepare his back performance. Later, group by group will have to represent the subject assigned and the other participants will have to guess the subject signed together with an assessment of if it approaches or no to the reality.
4. Fragments of consumption
This activity consists in the viewing of different fragments of films, series, programs… where treat or see different realities on the drugs, the addictions, the consequences of this and his back rehabilitation. After visualising each fragment opens a small debate with regard to the different realities to make conjoint reflections.
5. Technicians of avoidance of the consumption
This activity begins asking to all the participants that choose a colchoneta and recuesten on her. Once planted on of these, asks them that recuesten and begin to make deep breaths, maintaining the calm breath. To continuation, one of the Social Educators begins to relate a history related with the sea, the tranquility, the clean air… while the other will approach, delivered by the space, giving a soft touch to the faces, to the hands… of the participants with the pen. When ending up the relate, asks them that they feel quietly in the carpet, without doing too much noise, to begin to share the different emotions and feelings that have experienced. Finally it explains them the technician used, call mindfulness, and how carry.
