A.I.D.A (2023-2024)

Project of healthy nocturnal leisure.

This program is composed by distinct destined projects to the prevention and to the intervention from a preventive base in the field of the drogodependencia. It began the implement during the academic course 2023-2024 and follows his implementation in the academic course 2024-2025. It treats of an integrated program by four distinct projects, in which the population target goes in waterfall (in such a way that first we work with the smallest, afterwards adolescent, and follow with university and, finally, with adults. Therefore, in the 2023-2024 accost two and in the 2024-2025 will close the two following. This form of boarding of the program is based in the philosophy that if it hides behind the association: we work for the community, taking care, prioritariamente, of the future generations. 

In first place, carry a project of emotional education like strategy of prevention of the consumption of drugs with boys and girls of primary education. Second, we proposed a formative project for adolescents in alternatives on healthy leisure. In third place, will implement a project of metacognición and autoanálise in the abuse of substances with youngsters and university girls. Finally, we will carry a project of diffusion for the families, allocated to create a sure space and of confidence in the home and the one who constitute a group of support respect to the field of the drogodependences.

Project of nocturnal leisure saudabel.

The social act adolescent by excellence frames in the nocturnal leisure and in the consumption of substances. It accustoms to see to the boys and girls socializar immediately in bars and discotheques under the effects of the alcohol, or gather with the aim of the consumption of some substance. In this field of sociabilidade, the adolescents with functional diversity are a group of risk regarding the consumption of drugs, since they are used to to have main difficulties to establish satisfactory relations with his group of equal. 

Habida Counts the rank of ages in which it begins to consume harmful substances, among 14 and 18 years, and the contexts in which it carry, this project pretends to warn the consumption of drugs in the nocturnal leisure in adolescents that attend the therapy of functional diversity. For this, implementáronse formative activities of alternative leisure for the adolescents of these characteristics.

The objective sound: 

  • Identify the social needs and of leisure of the stage of development of the adolescents and of his surroundings.
  • Know the habits of harmful socialisation for the adolescents.
  • Offer the necessary tools to design and implement pedagogical and methodological strategies that promote alternative healthy of nocturnal leisure, inside the surroundings in which they situate the city councils of Vedra, Valley of the Dubra, Negreira, Love, Shot and Santiago de Compostela.

       

      1.Talk of an adolescent with problems of addition.

      The first 10 minutes of the session left to cover the questionnaire of initial evaluation. In the following 20 minutes, the invited counts his vital path and experience with the consumption, and the dangers that this conleva second his own experience. To continuation, opened step to a round of questions and responses where the/the educators of the project joined to contribute possible responses.

      The objective sound:

      • Analyse a real case of an adolescent with problems of addition to substances, propiciado put them his habits of nocturnal leisure. 
      • Identify and empatizar with the problematic of the adolescent. 
      • Reflexionar About as the actions can repercutir positively or negatively in the life.
      • Disassemble the ideal of entertainment to near of the drugs that have the adolescents.

           

          2. Self -knowledge.

          Us first 5 minutes of class, the/to educator/exposed it of clear form the work to make to the long of this activity and his purpose.  It began carry to activity “To tree of the life. This activity consists in drawing a tree with his roots, trunk and cup that can have flowers, fruits or leaves. In this drawing owe to write: in the roots 3 values with which identify , in the trunk the most stood out moments of his life, in the cup the skills that allow them grow and in the heaven the sleeps and illusions. In function of the drawing of each oneone, can appear more elements to treat how: the fruits where have to indicate the profits obtained tran an endeavour, the sun like motivations, the clouds like elements that us desmotivan… 

          Next, in the second activity it is necessary to complete of the way more rapido possible in function of his feelings and desires the “Know what want.  Finally, it makes a conjoint final reflection where can show the similarities and discrepancies among the group, obtaining the perspective of each member.

          3. Exposure «know the surroundings».

          In a first part of the session, carry a rain of ideas mediated by the educators, where reflexen interests of each one/one in base to the leisure. For example:” cookery, boxing, dance, nature…” In the second part of the session the educators expose by city councils the different possibilities of workshops, obradoiros, spaces and free programs oriented the youth that exist, where can frame in base to his interests.

          The objective sound:

          • Clarify The need of a healthy leisure in his surroundings for his socialisation.
          • Identify the social needs and of leisure more notable in the adolescence.
          • Identify his tastes and preferences for later accost them in the leisure.

              4. Start to a space.

              The centre chosen to visit put them adolescent, in a city council. In this case to the centre xove of Santiago de Compostela, that has diverse obradoiros free for the youth.               • Create forms of adolescent alternative leisure us his city councils in base to his own interests
              • Know the posilibilidades of leisure that offers his surroundings
              • Boost a healthy alternative leisure.
              • Analyse the effective and responsible use of the resources and spaces that provide his city councils for the alternative leisure.
